About Jordan

“My goal is to deliver effective training that you eventually look forward to doing.

Get uncomfortable, make it fun, and improve the things you love to do in life.”

I got into training when I was in college, helping our team with some strength and conditioning workouts. Shortly after passing my CSCS exam, I got hired at my first gym gig downtown (Weston Fitness) where I soaked up just about every way to push, pull, squat, hinge, and rotate including the human slider sprint pictured above. I can’t believe this was 15 years ago!

Fast forward to this year, I got married to my wife Marina and made the move to the Philly burbs after purchasing our first home so we could give our dog Nutella a yard and start to build our family. We love to travel and are currently planning our delayed honeymoon.

IF MY GRANDMA CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU

Since then, I’ve taught group training at Unite Fitness through COVID (which sadly closed last year), and helped develop and teach at Arena Fitness. A lot has changed over the the years but the main principle that’s remained constant is that every program looks different and most people just want to move a little better, get stronger, stay injury free, and look better.

I’m currently on a hiatus from competing in Hyrox (torn achilles) but when I’m healthy I’m looking forward to getting back into some kind of race. I love having something to train for as it helps you dial in your training and focus on a goal. I’m hoping to either compete in a Ragnar Race (long distance team relay run) or even a marathon overseas in early 2026.

SO LET’S GET STARTED

If you think I may be a good fit for you, please give me a call! There’s a variety of ways I work with clients; 1:1, with a partner or friend, virtual, group…it all depends on your situation and goals. I know I can help you find something sustainable for your lifestyle that allows you to fit in movement without sacrificing the things you love to do.
